Delete your account
You can delete your Trail Weight account directly from the app. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.

Open Trail Weight
Launch the app and sign in to your account if you aren't already.

Open the menu
Tap the menu icon in the top corner of the screen.

Select "Delete account"
Tap "Delete account" from the menu options.

Confirm deletion
Confirm when prompted. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account, gear lists, and all associated data are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All gear lists you have created
- All items within those lists
- Your email address and any associated profile data
If you're unable to access the app or need help deleting your account, contact us and we'll handle it manually within 30 days.
